I have created an order complete and not show issue. Please tell me, how to create that issue

Hi,
I just wanted the form with only Name, Email and Telephone number. When I change it in the cart.html file and errase the address and other options the submit button comes up with that error. (See attached Form)

Genny not see the telephone number in quote details, @haunv8888 please check

Hi, We don't see the phone number on the quote details.
And we would like instructions on how to shorten the information asked to the customer in the quote form.
