[Enhancement] Make mechanic 'Particle image' self-store image data

We can encode the image to base64 format and attach it to the component.
This way we can import the image into the component in the editor by simply dragging and dropping.
Images can also be previewed in editor. it's also easier to share skills that contain this mechanic.
