Safari v12.0 on MacOS v10.13.6.

The "Contribute to the Safe Network" and "Roadmap" images are flickering on scroll. The flickering of the Roadmap image results in the user being unable to view the whole image, and being unable to scroll to view the footer.
Unable to replicate on Chrome or FF.

The "Discover" page is flickering on scroll. Because of this the user couldn't able to view the bottom content of the page.

Tested the Discover page on latest Chrome & Firefox on Mac and both seem fine - issue appears isolated to Safari
