This is a relatively critical service for us and we'd like to know of any single message that fails to be delivered. We should really have Sentry integrated with this but since this is WASM that doesn't seem to be super straight forward…

We might not really need this after all – we need to catch these errors in the client anyway since there we'll be able to catch a superset of what we can catch on the server side (e.g. network errors, etc.); see mainmatter/mainmatter.com#1902
