Removed Tuya Local repository and restarted. Installed and tried again. Still getting this error. Device ID and local key taking from the IoT platform as the hub. The sub device is the water timer. Appreciate some help from those who successfully installed both the wifi socket and wx1 tap timer to HA. Many thanks. |

I have the same issue. I also can't add this with the new add device method via cloud. I had this working previously with LocalTuya, but the integration required a lot of manual steps and I was hoping to simplify.

Hi All,
I have spent days reading on how to add Holman WX1 tap timers to tuya local without success. The cloud based Tuya sees the devices but cannot use them. The alternative integration Local Tuya sees the Holman Hub but after adding the device there are no entities despite manually entering the DPS values.
Anyone got a basic instruction set on how to add the hub (have local key) so I can add the wifi socket (no key) and the WX1 tap timer (no key) into HA with this integration as Holman are listed under the recognised devices.
Thank you
