my printer is an ender-3 pro with 3d touch and mks robin e3p.

steps

  • sending a cube stl file to test the print

  • I turn off the power supply, the printer automatically stops printing and lifts the z axis and turns it off waiting for the power to return

  • turning on the power the display menu gives me the option "resume printing"

  • I press the button "resume printing" the printer returns to the origin point on the X axis and Y axis.

  • Positions the nozzle in the center of the bed, when returning to the point of the Z axis at the correct height of the impression, it activates the Z axis and does not stop practically crushing and pushing the nozzle against the bed.

  • The correct way would be for it to return to the origin point on the Z axis at the correct height and continue printing, but that's not what happens.

How can I fix this?

And I've already followed all the guidelines in the tutorial:
https://github.com/makerbase-mks/MKS-Robin-E3P/wiki/MKS_UPS
but the printer on resumption of printing continues forcing the Z axis against the hot bed.
