Porta kontaktrutan till SV 4.x #3

Idag fungerar det inte att administrera kontaktrutan i SV4 redigeringsgränssnitt utan man måste gå till klassiskt läge för att hantera den Java-dialogruta som startas.

Försöker man i normalläge så visas rutan men redigering är omöjlig.

@tomasrobertsson har ett par gånger tittat på och testat att föra portleten till SV4 men inte kommit helt igenom.

Vi behöver komma förbi detta hinder då redigering/administration i klassiskt läge är ett tekniskt problem för många redaktörer.
