Plugin selection settings

When we use the plugin selection page, we can choose different "settings" (number of results/page, language, etc.)

It would be nice if what was selected would stay in memory until HN is closed.
Like if I select 20/page and english websites, I do not need to select them again if I do a check in my bookmarks.

Also if I go to page 7 without selecting anything and than select english, it stay automatically on page 7.
Would be nice if it could reset to page 1.
