CI test uploads version should start with a dot

sourceforge will list downloads like this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/manjarolinux/files/xfce/ci-test-ignore-me-21/. Cleanup is not always given. Also GH will show a release. However, for SF it will iterate some users. One solution would be to start the CI test release tag with a starting dot. This way SF will hide the release.
