已经阅读过ReadMe并了解本软件的定位

需求描述

歌词会显示空行，希望能过滤掉

添加原因

lrc 为空字符串，导致播放歌曲歌词会显示空行

功能示例

    "index": 4,
    "lrc": "",
    "time": 22.94
  }

以上是歌词时间点数据，如果lrc = "" 希望去掉，以免歌词列表展示空行

添加困难

替代方案

我修改源码的做法如图，删除lrc = "" 空值，再重新设置索引下标
