The DCOP algorithm located within the directory 2019-03-14/src/MAP-Agent/src/main/java/com/bbn/map/dcop was co-developed with inputs from Soura Dasgupta of UIowa, Jake Beal and Jon Schewe of BBN, and the WashU team, including William Yeoh, Khoi Hoang, and Christable Wayllace.
