Feature Description

Hello MapLibre Team,

ATM, there is no way to remove a GeoJson source (the func removeSource(sourceId) doesn't work for it)
It would be cool to be implemented

Have a great day !

Describe alternatives I've considered

We can set the source empty but it's a pretty ugly workaround
