"View attic" option is not available for some time

"View attic" option which was available previously is not there anymore.
While I check the data for quality check of the work done, I cannot use that and I am not redirected to exact place of the edits performed - I only see an area which can be downloaded and the place with exact edits has to be tracked manually.

It looks like the 'View Attic' option should still be available, i am at least seeing it in review workflows were there is task history. There does appear to be a bug whenever rapid is opened on the initial render of the task ( where the classic mode on the map is never rendered ), the mapbounds property that is used in the view attic is never set, which causes a render of the entire map in overpass turbo(full map, no data displayed, than after some time there is a timeout error on the request for being too large). I will continue to investigate if the option to view attic is missing in some workflow, images of the bug would be helpful.

Bugs that need fixed so far:

• populate the mapbounds property required for the 'View Attic" link even if the classic map isnt shown on the initial render.

@CollinBeczak did you get around to working on this?

I think we need to clarify (for the user / for ourselves) what the "view attic" link is meant to display. The closest I come is "show me the state of the OSM data in this area at the time the comment was made". Is that your understanding as well? @maproulette/mr3 thoughts?
