Make projects page landing page, and home page about page

No real problem, but perhaps better UI

Describe the solution you'd like
It would make the app feel more dynamic if the landing page was the projects page, and the home page became an about page. Also have the two nav items be switched so projects comes first, and then about comes second on the nav bar.
