Add a contributors section

Like on the old website, it would be good to acknowledge everyone who works on the app.

Thinking a more lowkey design - e.g. a small photo, name (maybe as a tooltip), and a link to page of persons choice.

Could maybe do something like the SIMS network. I'm pretty sure this was compiled very simply - with individuals adding there own info, maybe through a form. Can find out more if we want to progress with this.
