What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://www.ispyconnect.com/watch_new.aspx
2. Click on a camera thumbnail.
3. Visible frame has been cropped by about 10% on all sides.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The entire camera frame.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.8.4.0 on Windows 8
