The English language strings for Moodle 3.1 are not available in AMOS

The English language strings for Moodle 3.1 and 3.2 are not available in AMOS for the https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=gradingform_btec . Moodle branches 2.4 to 3.0 are OK.

I strongly suspect it is the string containing this
form <a href=' . $CFG->wwwroot . '/course/modedit.php?update={$a}#id_modstandardgrade>here';
