i can't see any good documentation about using this library, for example read and write ip on database or many etc.

It's bugued on Laravel 5.7 apparently.

But it was a good occasion to dig inside the code.
You can base your own middleware on the one he did because it's pretty straighforward and functionnal.
You can change the $whitleList and $blackList variables in the src/FilterIp.php dynamically.

I fixed compatibility with laravel 5.7. Update code with composer update.
