Current rate sticks

Describe the bug
I've been having this problem for quite a while
Now. But haven't had chance to narrow it down.
The current rate gets stuck and only starts updating again on a restart.
It will be fine for a number of hours then stick again.
Happens on latest release and latest beta.

To Reproduce
Don't know :-(
How can I get more logging ?
Set logger to debug but still didn't see anything in log.
Manually running half hour service doesn't update it either when broken. Consumption true or false doesn't affect it.

Expected behavior
Half hour update of current rate.

I've seen the same bug; happy to help debug if someone can point me to how to turn the logs up?
