Might be a good idea to ship binaries for ARM (new M1 macbook) and other non x86_64 archs.

seems like as of now there are no GitHub actions runners for Apple silicon, so this probably won't happen for a while
it also runs fine on M1s due to Rosetta 2, so this might not be necessary.

GraalVM doesn't seem to support ARM native images yet as well: oracle/graal#1329

Leaving this open but don't expect to make any progress on this soon

In the meantime cq-jvm should suffice
