Saving to d64 corrupts folder on USB stick #14

Steps to reproduce:

create a d64 and mount it using ultimate 1541 II+
run the Super Bread Bin .crt using ultimate 1541 II+
manually save from SBB64 3 or 4 times
inspect the directory containing the d64 and notice all that the entire directory is corrupted
