Cannot configure the plugin

Hi,

I am trying to install and configure your plugin without success.
I can see the plugin installed in the "Plugins" section but when I click on "configure" I receive this error:

"The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed."

Can you help me? I am not a Linux savvy...

I think I configured the cronjob correctly since I see "you have a new mail in /var/mail/

Hi there,

I haven't had any experience installing the plugin on Linux either.
Could you answer a few questions for me...
What version of Redmine are you using?
Have you installed any other plugins successfully?
Is your Redmine a fresh or an existing install?

It is a new, fresh installation of everything: ubuntu server 14.04 LTS and last version of Redmine

redmine 2.4.2
ruby 1.9.3-p484
rails 3.2.16

My only goal is to be able to receive emails in redmine and transform them into tickets. All in the same project.
