In the problems it does not say anywhere what the difficulty is and I am not solving them in order. For example i solved some hard graph problems, but afterwards I did some easy ones. Also the documentation on what the algorithms are and their running times is scarce.

Started adding problem link and difficulty to every problem. Should go through the old ones and add it there too.
