This has been mentioned in a few issues already (#98 and #37), but it looks like both of them have been closed.
I think the main issue here is that although sharing song files can be very useful, it also facilitates piracy which I'd prefer to avoid. This could be implemented to only share a songs metadata instead, but I feel like it wouldn't be very helpful for users. I'd like to get more opinions on this, so let me know if you have more thoughts on this.
1- the idea of sharing songs inside the app is fantastic. I mean there should be an option to transfer music files between phones or tablets which both of theme uses Jockey Player. (with Bluetooth or wifi)
2- or at list add an option to very music and music lists also to be able to get shared with third-party apps.
I think for simplicity, just implementing Android's standard share menu would be the best approach. At least initially it would just be on individual songs and could later be expanded to bulk operations from #39.
I've added this to the backlog, but it's relatively low priority, so it won't be in the 3.0 release. I'll go ahead and update this issue once I've got a better idea of when it'll be shipped.
