Make this only work for linux.

Add hardlink detection
Add option to replace dupes with hardlinks.

Check if ino and device no are the same: https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/os/unix/fs/trait.MetadataExt.html

Use https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/fs/fn.hard_link.html to create hardlinks
