Slick Carousel is causing issues in Safari

The Slick Carousel on the homepage is not centered correctly. For some reason I cannot attach a screenshot here, therefore, I've uploaded one on my server showing the issue: https://janschill.net/public/Screen%20Shot%202021-04-13%20at%2011.59.40.png

Otherwise, you should be able to reproduce the issue in Safari on a Mac. I am using the following versions:
Safari: 14.0.3
macOS: 11.2.1

You are using the latest version of slick-carousel and I could not find any popular issues in the Issue tab on the source code of slick-carousel (only scanned quickly), which makes me think that it might be a configuration issue, or custom CSS causing issues in your implementation.
