network-license-manager: are there environment variables that can be set?

When starting the network-license-manager, in the log there are following messages:

Is it possible to adjust those values (for example via environment variables)?

My goal is to adjust the interval of the TS update query.
As I understand it, it checks for the user's license every 600 seconds.
