When starting the network-license-manager, in the log there are following messages:

network-license-manager-1 | 10:46:26 (MLM) License verification completed successfully.
network-license-manager-1 | 10:46:26 (MLM) Changing message security level from -1 to 0
network-license-manager-1 | 10:46:26 (MLM) SLOG: Statistics Log Frequency is 240 minute(s).
network-license-manager-1 | 10:46:26 (MLM) SLOG: TS update poll interval is 600 seconds.
network-license-manager-1 | 10:46:26 (MLM) SLOG: Activation borrow reclaim percentage is 0.

Is it possible to adjust those values (for example via environment variables)?

My goal is to adjust the interval of the TS update query.
As I understand it, it checks for the user's license every 600 seconds.
