跟用户解释为何出现panic的问题，以及告诉用户如何解决或者跳过这个问题。

在这里没有提到使用mo_ctl 来构建或者启动MO，因为实际上如果使用mo_ctl 命令会避免这个问题，以下是使用mo_ctl的两种情况。

  1. 在使用mo_ctl deploy 0.8.0 之后再次 mo_ctl deploy 0.7.0 会跳过，不会切换到 0.8.0，则不会发生版本切换。
  2. 使用 mo_ctl deploy 0.8.0 之后再次 mo_ctl deploy 0.7.0 force 强行构建0.7.0 版本，则会重新清除MO_PATH，重新下载构建，这直接删除了mo-data，则也不会出现panic。
