Is there an existing issue about this doc request?

I have checked the existing issues.

Describe the doc request.

Need a tool to publish the documents as a pdf：

yinxiaofei designs the template style of pdf;
xuoutput/3fuyang develops tools according to pdf templates and publishes documents as pdf.
- can build the documents as pdf in the backend
- can download the documents as pdf on the website

word can be generated
PDFs can be built with local instructions
