This will fail,

load data inline format='csv', data=$XXX$ "zhangsan","26","Shanxi;XiAn" $XXX$ into table test.user fields terminated by ',' enclosed by '"'  lines terminated by '\n' (name,age,city);

This one is ok,

load data inline format='csv', data=$XXX$"zhangsan","26","Shanxi;XiAn"$XXX$ into table test.user fields terminated by ',' enclosed by '"'  lines terminated by '\n' (name,age,city);

Hence the stress point is no blank character should be added between the first $XXX$ and actual data(begins with "), and, between actual data(also ends with ") and the last $XXX$
