In the example metadata file below :
phippery/tree/main/data/test_files/peptide_metadata.csv
There is only 2 columns, "ID" and "oligo". There is no other metadata associated with the peptides ; I suppose that the pipeline can be run with only these 2 informations? It does not need to know which peptide belong to which protein for the alignment, and the position of each peptide ?
(I'm conscious that it is better to input as much metadata as possible, for the peptide to be "labeled" for the analysis, but I was curious to know if the pipeline can run without it).
Thank you!
