After creating a new artboard based on one of the Toggle Size presets, Fluid keeps changing the artboard back to its preset dimensions, rather than allowing for a taller artboard. The revert happens a few moments after changing the artboard height. Obviously taller artboards are essential for scrolling content—especially on websites—so this makes the Toggle Size new artboard feature unusable for many workflows.

If this is expected behavior, I would suggest adding an “only adjust artboard width” checkbox in the toggle size popover.

I'm a little confused here. What are you calling 'preset dimensions'?

I refer to these as preset dimensions. For example, 768x1024 is a preset.

Oh, OK. This is intended behavior. I'm thinking this issue would better be named 'Allow use of only single dimension from preset size'?

agreed 👍🏼
And you're right, you should be able to change either the width or height. I think height is more useful, but could see a case for both.
