Hello, i sent the acrylic case files to my local laser cutting shop but they are having a problem with the size. It says the file is too small and it has to be scaled but i do not know what the scale factor is.
In the 3d printed case files when i export it as .stl from f360 and try to 3d print itl; it shows the file too small.
Any idea why this is happening also an instruction of the acrylic case files would help a bunch

could this be an issue with the imported unit of measurement? I'm pretty sure I exported the files with metric measurement, if by default your CAD is set to imperial there might be some issues.

Hey, i don't use cad I just sent the files to the shop and told me the total dimensions for the case is 2cm which is ofc wrong and need to be resized but I don't know till how much so i'm in a pickle.
I also opened the file in adobe illustrator and it came out like this. I opened it original size
