Have a way to inspect the topic's URLs #817

There is currently no way to view the URLs in a channel's topic in Matterhorn itself, the only way of finding it out is by clicking on it, which, if not a security issue, is not ideal.

I guess it might be overkill to have a view just for the topic URLs, but maybe have them show in the Ctrl-O list?
