defacto standard now is 24px for fixed good looking text, 5vw/6vw for big headers. Smaller headers can be 4vw. Header weight is drastically lowered on mobile.

0.2.0: New Navbar/Footer and Bootstrap Functionality

Woohoo! Removed old sketchy-table navbars and footers, centralized them to specific files, and started redoing a lot of the CSS. Also have implemented new counter code on the test.php, and have implemented bootstrap CSS throughout the entire website. Working on more Bootstrap integration, and especially reformatting a lot of the tabling.
