Dell cab/xml models/downloads fail

Dell models are not showing up. I had to manually download and extract the cab then place the xml in the correct folder. Once Dell models populated I tried downloading, but the downloads hang the application. The tool is not functioning.

Having a similar issue here, tool is not functioning for Dell models.

It looks like Dell has retired some of the URLs that the tool was using, likely causing the issue.
