Create a searchable database of Mautic Partners, Sponsors and Members and Case Studies

We need to implement a proper searchable/filterable database for:

• Partners - all the pages are flat content and manually created/updated - https://mautic.org/mautic-partners
• Case studies - all flat content currently - https://mautic.org/case-studies
• Members - corporate members

Maybe also in a phase two, including individuals (eg freelancers) if they are members.

We'd need to have a way to show partners above non-partners and to highlight members in specific verticals and/or countries/regions (maybe we only allow members to join the database).

Order of precedence:

• Highlighted partner
• Highlighted member (non-partner)
• Non-highlighted partner
• Non-highlighted member

We should be able to pull a filtered list to display - for example the top three partners - on other parts of the website (eg homepage - currently a manual process) or for example to have a filtered list of just partners, or just members etc.

We should be able to show all case studies for a partner within their partners page and have a reciprocal link.

Case studies should also be able to be featured so that they show first and show on the homepage for example.

Sidenote: It was suggested that maybe this became a separate subdomain - eg https://experts.elementor.com for inspiration - but I think it would be better to keep it within the top-level domain, maybe under /experts or some such.

Design / UX

This assumes that we keep the current design, and it only has minimal searching/filtering whereas I would like there to be more elements:

Case studies directory

• Free text search
• Filter by country
• Filter by industry
• Filter by partner
• Order by partners -> members by tier

Partners / members directory

• Free text search
• Filter by country
• Filter by languages spoken
• Filter by services provided
• Filter by partner / member status
• Filter by individual or organization (maybe individuals could be a separate view)
• Order and filter by number of contributions? Or by Partner -> membership tier

Vertical page listing

• All options from partners directory?
• Option to feature a member or partner in one or more verticals based on their membership tier (which should appear first, and be visually distinct from others)
