When I upload my sketch, I get this message : "compilation fail : cc1plus : fatal error : Arduino.h : No such file or directory compilation terminated".
Context:
Linux (up-to-date ArchLinux)
ArduinoDesigner 1.0
IDE : arduino-1.6.1 Linux installed in /home/bflorat/prog/arduino-1.6.1 (works as expected, I already uploaded successfully some sketches )
ArduinoDesigner preferences :
SDK : /home/bflorat/prog/arduino-1.6.1
Serial port : /dev/ttyACM0
Thanks

This is caused by the arduino directories refactoring.
In 1.6.0 et 1.6.1 (maybe sooner releases?), the 'cores' and 'variants' directories are now in arduino-1.6.1/hardware/arduino/avr/ (note the 'avr' directory).
I switched back to arduino 1.0.6 when used with ArduinoDesigner and it now works as expected.
