Describe the bug
Dynamic UI Component rebuilds does not do anything in a UIMenu for some reason

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new UIMenu
in the build method return a child of DynamicUIComponent
when the child is rebuild the UI does not change

Expected behavior
The ui should change when the child is rebuilt

Environment (please complete the following information):

Mod Version [e.g. 1.20.6 - 2.0.4]
Modloader Version [e.g. Neoforge 1.20.6 20.6.119]
