Add Reflow profiles to electronics/fabrication folder #93

Our reflow process isn't finalized yet, so I am hesitant to add reflow profiles just yet.

But once we are satisfied, they should be added to the fabrication folder

Since we are dropping the low-temp pass, and the high-temp pass has not given us issues in nearly a year, I think I am happy with just uploading the high-temp profile and calling it good.

Huh. Not on the SD card. Are these built-in profiles?

@petermccloud Is the leaded reflow profile currently on the reflow oven one of the example profiles mentioned here?
