Preliminary testing shows no bug - but further investigation is needed to make sure.

One possible explanation: packets with mode 5.
Other possible explanation: genuine NTPv1 (has no mode set, so client counter does not increase).
Missed / dropped packages ?
Screenshot was made while running - was the screen still building up? (unlikely?)
What else?
