Are there any installation instructions for this? I switched to pass awhile back, and it would be great to have libsecret compatibility!

Not really. I wasn't even confident enough to use it in the field yet.
Probably start with a pip install -e . . The hardest part for me was to get the autostarted gnome service of of that dbus interface.

How did you stop the gnome-service from autostarting? (Hopefully you can spare me some time searching for the corret service/target)

I don't remember. I think i killed it and started this one before it was respawned.
