Horizontal scrollbar obscures content

When a horizontal overlay scrollbar appears in interactive examples in MacOS desktop, the scrollbar partially obscures content if the cursor is hovering the content, and it totally obscures the content if the cursor is hovering the scrollbar itself.

Hi @caugner thank you for looking into this. Yes the problem still occurs in my environment on the link you provide.

From what I understood in this comment, the problem lies with how macOS generates scrollbars. I managed to work around it via user settings as I described here
I'm uncertain if I should close the issue, but feel free to do so if you feel that's the best course of action
