eu ,como administrador, quero poder criar e deletar contas para poder gerenciar melhor o site

critérios de aceitação:

O administrador deve visualizar uma lista de contas separadas por turmas.
O sistema deve permitir a edição e exclusão de turmas.
O sistema deve permitir a edição de contas de alunos.
O administrador deve receber mensagens de sucesso ou erro após cada ação realizada.
