I am considering making a PR to split out the extractors into separate modules and load them in separate ClassLoaders to enable including both itext7 and itext8, but that would require a multi-module project. I would much rather do that in Gradle than in Maven, but it would require somebody at MFJ to change the Jenkins job (or whatever is doing the builds now). Is that something that would be considered?

I forgot that we already updated itext7 to itext8 but kept the name. Apparently we do not need multiple versions of itext7+ at this time.

I would still be willing to make a PR that converts this to Gradle and splits it into 3 modules (the extractor base, the libary, and the CLI).
