How to have a static layer on all versions?

This script is great, but how can we create foreground and background images that are static, like if I wanted a layer that had my website url on it?

I know it's been a while since you asked the question, but if you create a folder with only one layer in it, then every image it saves out will have that layer.

I made this code work by adding the bottom layer name ".png".
My layers:

That creates images
1st1_2nd1_bg.png
1st2_2nd1_bg.png
and so on.
