Error no entry for rendering css inside scratch folder. Whats causing this? Seems like a common problem.

I've fixed this by chmod 777 on scratch directory, then go into sublime and save file, which makes css inside scratch, then browser updates how it should. Seems slow though. But atleast I've got it working..
