The number and the label of columns of CIViC TSV files were changed. This has caused some problems. For example, the rename of the column label 'pubmed_id' to 'citation_id' has caused a problem. Another unknown change has also caused parsing errors for three lines of nightly-ClinicalEvidenceSummaries.tsv (2019/11/22).
Those should be fixed.
