Add generic docs: k3s, helm and deploy script

Our docs don't really have a "Kubernetes best practices" doc. Instead we have a VERY short k8s intro page and a VERY long k3s on VMWare page that is too custom to be really helpful for initial set up (but great for someone else doing k3s on VMWare!)

This ticket is a request for all the steps AFTER you have set up k3s:

• it does not cover setting up k3s from scratch. That should be in the prerequisites and just be "set up k3s per our requirements page"
• cover using helm to easily deploy cht
• it might reference our public internal EKS docs (but maybe not!)
• consider covering cht-deploy script
