Standardize sub-titles

We sometimes use "Configuring a random-item", sometimes we use "Configure a random-item", sometimes we use "Random-item configuration", as sub-titles of a "Random-item" section. To make it simple and intuitive, we should use consistent wording and remove the repetitive use of the title noun in the sub-titles (in this example, random-item)

For the sub-titles, use the -ing forms of the verbs:

Random-item:
- Building
- Configuring
- Integrating
